If you need to make a claim please contact Our Claims Helpline on 0044 (0) 343 658 0345 to obtain a claim form, giving Your name and Certificate number, and brief details of Your claim.
All claims must be notified within 28 days of your return.

Gadget Claims (if upgrade has been purchased)
A claim can be set up by contacting TrinityM on 02077 851 702 giving your name and policy number, you must contact TrinityM as soon as possible after any incident likely to result in a claim under this insurance. To complete a claim you must disclose all information requested by TrinityM, failing to do this could lead to a delay of your claim being paid if any payment is due.
